High integrity, honest dealer, fast response. In mid-January of 2020, I sold my townhome in the Kildare Farms II section of Cary (Riverwalk Towns) to Merrick Loveland (48hr. House Buyer).
I was planning to sell my townhome since it required significant renovation. Merrick Loveland was introduced to me via a trusted relative. His contacts were immediate, informative and very polite. We conducted a simple walkthrough and discussion of the property and he took a number of reference photos.
He was extremely courteous and free with information about each step of he conducts his business. At no time was anything left unclear, nor was there any secretive aspect of the negotiation process. He rapidly made me an offer on the property. We entered a very short price negotiation and settled on a price that I was entirely satisfied with. Our closing process was equally smooth, prompt, well informed and professional.
